How to Book your Online Lesson
01. TYPE OF LESSONChoose Tutoring or Coaching, then the type of lesson —1 hour, 45 min, etc. — then click 'schedule appointment' below.
02. TIME ZONE/DATESelect your time zone and schedule your appointment date and time.
03. FILL OUTFill out your information. Pay (via Stripe*) before the lesson or reserve with your credit card to be charged after.
04. REGISTER Register for an account after your appointment is confirmed (and log in before future bookings) to keep track of your appointments.
05. CONFIRMATION You will receive a confirmation email and two friendly reminder emails (24 hours and 2 hours before your lesson).
06. JOIN THE CLASSAt the time of your lesson, click the Google Meet link in your confirmation email to join the class.

Cancellation notices must be sent by email to chrystele@frenchoslitic.com or text message at 9106447298.
I will not charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson, but I will charge 100% for cancellations made within 24 hours before a scheduled lesson or for no-shows without notice.
However, as long as I am available, I will allow the student to reschedule the missed lesson within three days.
Weekends:
Due to high weekend demand, students must cancel 3 days before the lesson to avoid a 100% charge.
